EllerS Coffee was present at the 4th Quality in the Field event, held on June 7 and 8, 2025, at Fazenda Santa Mônica in Ibiraci, Minas Gerais. Organized by Eldorado Specialty Coffees, the event brought together producers, experts, and industry professionals for two intensive days immersed in the latest innovations and best practices driving the quality of Brazilian coffee.
Representing EllerS, Mateus Eller attended the event for the second consecutive year. For him, the experience highlights the essential role of these spaces for exchange and learning:
“Participating in Quality in the Field again was extremely enriching. Each edition brings new knowledge, perspectives, and valuable connections. It’s inspiring to see such commitment to quality and innovation shared openly among producers and professionals,” he said.
EllerS Coffee believes in the value of initiatives that promote technical development and strengthen the production chain, from the farm to the international market. Being present at events like this is part of the company’s commitment to excellence, building strategic partnerships, and elevating Brazilian specialty coffee on the global stage.
